– For best results, take the chicken pregos out of the fridge 30 minutes to 1 hour before cooking.

– Lightly coat the chicken pregos with your favorite marinade or seasoning. (Pre-marinated options may be available at Impala Vleis.)

– Use the ‘Airfry’ setting.

– Cook at 165°C for 6 minutes.

– After 6 minutes, flip the chicken Prego’s and cook for an additional 6 minutes.

– Check that the chicken pregos are cooked through before serving.

– Serve with your preferred sides for a complete meal!
