Ingredients
* 1.5 kg ‘Skaapstertjies’ / lamb tails (± 8 tails)
* Garlic powder or flakes
* Salt & black pepper
* 15ml Worcestershire sauce
* 15ml Lemon juice
* Impala 7-Day Spice
* Impala Signature BBQ Braai Spice
Instructions
1. Use a pot big enough for the ‘Skaapstertjies’ / lamb tails. Fill the pot so that a quarter of the tails are covered with water.
2. Bring to a gentle boil.
3. Add salt, pepper, and garlic. Steam for approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
4. Remove the lamb tails using a colander – try to drain as much water as possible from the meat.
5. Season with Impala 7-Day Spice and Impala Signature BBQ Braai Spice.
6. Baste with lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce while grilling over hot coals
