Air Fryer Pork Belly Cubes
Cooking Recommendations
Preparation :
– For optimal results, remove the meat from the fridge 30 minutes to 1 hour before cooking.
– Lightly coat pork belly cubes with spiced oil and sprinkle salt or spices. (This is available already prepped at Impala Vleis™.)
Air Fryer Settings :
– Use ‘Grilling” mode
– Fat side down at 185°C for 10 minutes.
– Turn cubes halfway
Suggestion :
– Ensure the pork belly cubes have crispy outsides and tender insides before serving.
